Kortright Center for Conservation Wedding, Woodbridge Ontario: Vruti & Dave

Vruti and Dave's wedding has a very special place in my heart. Of all the random encounters with couples, I truly believe we met for a reason. Dave & Vruti are the friends you meet that you couldn't have imagined your life without them. Every moment is filled with laughter and Vruti's contagious giggle with a sprinkle of "that's what she said" in there. Writing this blog post just has me grinning from ear to ear because I feel so blessed to have met these two and so grateful for being apart of their wedding day.

When a couple has a destination wedding and they choose to bring us along - it is a huge amount of gratitude that I have. They've decided that we were the best fit for them and truly want us to be apart of their day and we start building our relationship prior to the wedding day - and become great friends along the way.

Vruti and Dave took us to Toronto, Ontario for their wedding day and it felt like we were simply going to one of our good friend's wedding that we've known for so long. This is truly how I believe you should feel with your photographer. A photographer spends a great deal of time with their couples, you should want to be friends with them outside of all aspects wedding.

Vruti and Dave were married on a beautiful day in Woodbridge, Ontario at the Kortright Center for Conservation. With a light breeze and sunshine between the trees they said their vows and Vruti "Choo, Choo, Choosed Dave". Dave vowed to continue to make breakfast feasts for his love. The rings were exchanged, a kiss to seal it and onward to the cocktail hour on the terrace we all went. Under the umbrella of Maple Trees laughs, hugs and tears were all around with the excitement of it being official they were finally "Mr & Mrs Reade".

Under twinkle lights, stars, the smell of a fire burning, guests ate, danced, drank, made s'mores and celebrated with Vruti & Dave. Thank you so much - you both have no idea how incredibly special your wedding was for us. Thank you for making us blush during your wedding speech to thank us, and congratulate us about our engagement (surprise internet!!! yup, verlon and I are engaged!) when the day was about the two of you! We loved meeting your family and friends and felt like we had known them before all this. We can't wait to see you both when your back from your honeymoon!
