How did you meet? 

In 2007 At the bar I used to work at while I was in school.

What hobbies do you both share?

-working out/lifting weights

-snowboarding

-skiing/wakeboarding

-hiking 

What is your favourite qualities about each other?

Melissa said: I love his ambition and sense of humour. 

Mike said: She's beautiful, fun and I love that she is into fitness.

What is your Ideal honeymoon?

Relaxing beach, hiking up mountains and volcanos, enjoying water sports, eating good food and drinking yummy beverages. 

How did the proposal go & how did he ask?

At his parents cabin at lake Whatcom ( where we spend most our weekends in the summer).

Stanley Park Engagement Photos - Mark & Grace

Meeting couples like Mark and Grace always reminds me that love is patient and happens when the timing is perfect. They met at work and continue to work with each other everyday. When we had our first meeting they told me this and said for them, they love spending time together and cherish that can do that at home and at work.

With a passion for cooking and enjoying a good meal the two share this love in their daily lives with each other and their three daughters. With the timing absolutely perfect for Mark & Grace, Mark planned a simple and special proposal for the two of them where he asked Grace to Marry Him.

On a miracle of a sunny Vancouver MARCH day! Wha! Sunshine in March!? We ventured to Stanley Park for Mark & Grace's engagement session at third beach in Stanley Park, Vancouver. It was a breezy spring day with gorgeous sunshine. Looking at the photos you'd never guess it was March in Vancouver!

I'm so very excited to photograph their intimate back yard ceremony and wedding! Thank you both so much for being so sweet in so many ways. I feel so honoured to be apart of your day!
