Little White House, Kailey-Michelle Events & Me - Fort Langley, BC

I fell in love with Little White House when I first moved to Langley back in 2006. Before it had the lovely cafe - there was always something about this little house that I absolutely loved. If you follow my Facebook page,  you'll know what I'm talking about. How I post photos of my tea dates whenever I stop at Little White House. Not only that, but most of the dresses I wear to photograph Weddings have come from Little White House in the front retail. Cheryl (owner at LWH) always picks up the most unique pieces from Paris and brings them to sweet little Langley. I always look forward to going to LWH so I run into Cheryl or her daughter Natasha.

There was plenty of afternoons where I just went to go and have my noon tea, and relax. The perfect way to clear my head when things would get busy. The best sort of "coffee" break. I'm sure if you have visited Little White House in Fort Langley, or plan to - you will fall in love with it, just like I did.

February of this year I had the pleasure to meet Kailey-Michelle from Kailey-Michelle Events and we decided to meet at Little White House. Having a classic Earl Grey tea while meeting a very talented creative sounded like the perfect afternoon. Fast forward to now, after meeting with the exquisite Cheryl - the three of us are all now collaborating at Little White House to offer such an exclusive wedding package.

Ladies, if you have not picked your venue for your wedding, I highly suggest taking a afternoon and going to Little White House. You'll never want to leave!

I'm really excited about our collaboration and to meet many new exciting couples who love LWH as much as I do.

Kayden's First Photo-Shoot - Langley BC, Newborn Photography

Kayden was just a little one this summer when I had the chance to photograph him and his big sister Celina. You may have recognized these two as their parent's Lydia & Daryl are related to my October bride Rebecca! Celina was a flower girl in the wedding.

Here are some photos from Kayden's newborn session earlier this summer. They've seen the photos now it's your turn!

Christina & Chris' Burnaby Village Engagement

Christina aka Chrissy and Chris - wild right? Not only do their names go together so do they! Christina found me via a friend who had hired me for a trash the dress session (Krista, the Bride that got into the pond at Campbell Valley Park - Go Krista!) Christina started planning her dream wedding earlier this year, for next April and I was chosen to be apart of it.

We photographed their Engagement Session earlier, but with the splurge of last minute couples engagement sessions prior to weddings, I hadn't had a chance to post their session online - then debated to post it prior to their wedding early next year. But how could I resist posting it when there's a mery-go-round!

Can't wait for April! Thanks Christina and Chris!

Jill & Dan working on teasers- Teaser, more to come!

Working on their teasers, thought I'd post this bridal party photo. Working on getting their teasers ready this week!

Melanie & Mike's Family Photo Session in Victoria, BC

Last week was family photo session week heh, and now on with the teasers! Melanie & Mike invited me over to their home in Victoria to photograph their gorgeous family. We had some time at home with baby Mckenzie and then we all headed to Island View beach for the afternoon.

Vanessa & Ryan Engagement Teasers | A Victoria, BC Wedding Photographer

Vanessa and I actually went to high school together way back when in Victoria. We went to tiny little St. Andrew's High School and both started on our epic journeys afterwards. Vanessa went to UVIC and at some point in there met this handsome fellow named Ryan. Now Ryan must have swept Vanessa off her feet because it was love, and it blossomed for well, years. Then Prince Charming (a.k.a. Ryan) asked his Princess (Vanessa) for her hand in marriage.

Here's the fun part, where I come in! Last year we sat down at a Starbucks (God, Bless 'em - they're everywhere) and discussed their Wedding which is happening this September in Victoria and arranged for their Engagement photo-session. Here are the teasers below!
