Yaletown Newborn Photographer: Vancouver Newborn Photographer

I recently photographed Katie & Craig's maternity session in Yaletown, and I was welcomed back to photograph their new addition  - baby girl - Lindsay! I was so excited to come to the couples apartment and photograph their little one.

Lindsay had quite the personality even only being less than a week old! She would constantly wink, or peer one eye open to see what was going on around her. But aside from her cute little personality developing she has this way of bringing out the love in everyone around.

Katie & Craig came up with the brilliant idea of having family photographs taken as well as newborn. Craig and Katie's parents were both present and I had a chance to document all of them together celebrating the arrival of Lindsay. This was such a fabulous idea - I highly recommend this to all expecting couples. Not only is it a great way to get the family together, but create really special memories for your children.

East Sooke Park Victoria Engagement Photographer: Alicia & Ryan

He swept her heart away when they met at a mutual friends birthday party. A conversation that would last all evening. With adventures and time these two have grown together and roots intertwined. It would be a new adventure where Ryan would ask for Alicia to marry him in Hawaii at the top of Mauna Kea.

It was nearing sunset and Alicia walked to the highest point so Ryan could take a picture of her against the clouds at sunset. When she turned around, Ryan was down on one knee asking her the big question.

Before we even met, Alicia & Ryan knew they wanted to have their engagement photos taken at East Sooke Park just outside of Victoria. With the looming chance of rain, and questionable light - we pushed onward for a magical engagement session.

Their Victoria wedding is this August and I couldn't be happier to be apart of it!
