Grant & Louisa's Growing Family // Vancouver Family Photographer

There's something so special about being able to photograph a family, getting to know them and seeing their little ones grow up. I had the chance to photograph Ella when she was a newborn and now I've had the pleasure of seeing her become such a sweet little girl and meeting Jackson who just melts hearts with his little pouty face and laughter.

This session was spent playing 'Buzz light year' as Ella like to call me, running around in the front yard playing tag - watching Ella & Grant playing. Ella soothing Jackson's cry by being a big sister and kissing him on the cheek to make it all better. It was a perfect opportunity for photographs as Louisa's family was over from the island and Grant's mother was there too. I highly encourage photographs with grand parents. At one point I pulled Grant & Louisa away for a couple photographs of just themselves. Sometimes parents forget it's about the two of them too!

The fog had made for an interesting additional to the atmosphere in Lynn Valley and made for the dreamy photograph below which is one of my absolute favourites from this session! Congrats to Louisa & Grant on their new addition to the family!

Erin & Keith // Vancouver & White Rock Wedding Photography & Engagements

After meeting with many a couple and hearing their love story - it's no stranger that Starbucks is the beginning of many a relationship. Erin and Keith were at a Starbucks with friends when they first met but it wasn't until months later when they were working on a show at the White Rock Playhouse that they truly connected. They would only fall in love after building a set for one of the shows. Keith told her he loved her as she came backstage after one of their shows. It was the perfect romance for two theatre lovers.

Self proclaimed 'nerds' they would spend time together watching Star Wards, Star Trek, Lord of the Rings and all things Medieval. As time went they only became more in love and it was only a matter of time before Keith would pop the question.

Congratulations to Erin & Keith! Can't wait for your wedding next year!
